In all realness, I've searched for contemporary African-American artists. They're hard to find, and I'm sure that it's not because they are an
endangered species (conspiracy theory?). I cannot assume any reasons why many of us are not talked about to the degree of our counterparts in the art community. But whatever it is, I'm seriously hoping I could change that. By myself though? F___ it; why not?
